The Mobtown Playwrights Group is looking for actors to participate in a workshop/reading of WELCOME TO THE GOOD LIFE, BABY, a new one-act play by D. L. Faulkner. The play is set in a dystopian alternate present, where people purchase babies pre-made at the local big-box store. We’re looking for the following roles:
* Three “breeders” — women in their 20s or 30s
* Three sales associates — men in their 20s through 40s (possibly older)
The workshop will culminate in four readings in February: 2/11, 2/12, 2/18, and 2/19 (all at 8 PM). Rehearsals will take place in December, January, and February in Baltimore.
